Welcome to The Creative Party Co. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. General
The Creative Party Co. provides themed teepee party hire services across Waikato, NZ. These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and use of our services.

2. Bookings and Payment
A $50 bond is required within 24 hours of receiving confirmation of your booking. Full settlement for your party must be made within the week of the scheduled party date. If payment is not received by the day of the party, your booking will be cancelled and no refund of your bond will be issued. The bond is fully refundable provided the cancellation policy is followed and no damage or loss occurs (see sections 4 and 5).

3. Personal Information
We collect personal information from you including your:

• Name
• Child's name(s)
• Email address
• Home address
• Phone number
• Bank account number (for bond refunds)

This information is used solely for the purpose of managing your booking and is stored securely in compliance with New Zealand privacy laws.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 10 days or more before the scheduled party date are eligible for a full refund of the $50 bond. Cancellations made less than 10 days before the party will forfeit the bond. In cases of severe weather or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options using the phone number on our website.

5. Damage and Liability
You are responsible for the care of all hire equipment while it is in your possession. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required will result in partial or full loss of your bond. The Creative Party Co. is not liable for any injury or damage caused during the hire period. Adult supervision is required at all times during the party.

6. Use of Photos
We may occasionally request permission to take photos of the setup for promotional purposes. Consent will always be requested and is not mandatory.

7. Health and Safety

We recommend children are supervised throughout the full party hire period and should not be left unattended at any time. The Creative Party Co are not responsible for any incidents resulting from misuse of equipment or unattended children within the vacinity of the equipment or whilst using anything bought from or provided by The Creative Party Co.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
